Full-Time position, 40 hours a week.
General Summary:
The Member Service Associate position is responsible for greeting and screening visitors and processing payments for services. This position receives and records customer payments via mail, over the phone, in-person, and online, including scanning and bank transactions, etc. Performs a wide variety of office duties and administrative activities. Supports staff and department heads for projects. Effectively uses all appropriate office equipment, including desktop computer to perform routine and recurrent tasks without close supervision.

Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:
Education and/or Experience:
Associates or bachelor’s degree in business, accounting, bookkeeping, finance and/or related field, plus two years of payment processing, cash handling and/or customer service experience required.
Certifications, Licenses, Registrations:
Must have, or be able to obtain, and maintain a valid South Dakota driver’s license, have an excellent driving record and be insurable under the Company’s insurance policy.
Other Qualifications and/or Credentials:
Must live in Golden West Exchange.

Working Conditions:
Good working conditions with the absence of disagreeable conditions. Climate controlled building with adequate lighting and space. The noise level in the work environment is usually quiet.
