General Summary:
The Facilities Supervisor is responsible for ensuring the proper maintenance and upkeep of buildings, grounds, equipment, and environmental systems in multiple facilities. This role serves as a working supervisor, directly involved in the day-to-day operations, actively working alongside the facilities team members to accomplish tasks and achieve goals. This position provides direction, guidance, and delegates tasks to the facilities staff. The Facilities Supervisor plans maintenance activities, coordinates repairs for Company-owned buildings, and develops an annual work plan and budget. Maintains accurate records and history of building maintenance and repairs. Determines needs and requests bids from local contractors for major jobs.
