General Summary:
This position has both leadership and technical elements; working directly with internal and external customers in the sales cycle, along with managing a team of Solution Architects. The Solutions Manager (SM) is responsible for overseeing and managing the technological evaluation stage of the sales process and solutions adoption. Works in conjunction with the sales team and technical staff as the key technical advisor and advocate for company products and services. SM works with the Customer Vendor Advocate (CVA) team on key components and specifications for engineering and quoting. SM is responsible for the oversight of the evaluation of current and new solutions offered by the company.

Education and/or Experience:
Bachelor’s or technical degree in Business, Technology, Sales/Marketing or related field. Minimum of three year’s relevant experience in the technology and/or sales field. Experience and/or familiarity with latest technology products and services required. Minimum 5 years leadership experience.
Certifications, Licenses, Registrations:
Must have, or be able to obtain, and maintain a valid South Dakota driver’s license, have an excellent driving record and be insurable under the Company’s insurance policy.

Working Conditions:
Good working conditions with the absence of disagreeable conditions. Climate controlled building with adequate lighting and space. The noise level in the work environment is usually quiet.
