Job Type: | Non-exempt (hourly) |
Location: | Rapid City, SD |
Company: | Golden West Technologies |
General Summary:
Golden West Technologies (GWT) provides technology leadership and IT infrastructure management for a wide variety of clients across western South Dakota and eastern Wyoming. The core of the practice is quarterly strategic discussions with client stakeholders, helping them align their business needs with the proper technology to meet those needs. Those discussions are enabled by regular proactive assessments of each client’s network, allowing clients to spend their dollars most effectively. Additionally, each client receives reactive support solving those immediate technical needs from a highly-skilled technical team in the GWT Network Operations Center (NOC). The Inside Sales Representative (ISR) plays a critical role in lead generation for new clients that might benefit the most from this level of technology leadership, mentorship and support.
The Inside Sales Representative (ISR) works in conjunction with the Business Development Manager (BDM) on targeted lists of suspects that meet our criteria for GWT technology leadership services. The ISR is responsible for generating leads, setting appointments and advancing the sales process to meet our targeted quotas. The core of this role is conducting necessary activities to start “conversations” with decision makers and set appointments for the Outside Sales Representative (OSR) to conduct the First or Second Time Appointments that further qualify customer fit for our Technology Leadership program. The ISR will coordinate with the OSR for appointment setting. In addition, the ISR will generate their own suspect lists and conduct initial research of suspect businesses to match our success criteria and to perform campaign activities including but not limited to telephone, email and networking. This individual will also track all sales activities statuses and results toward goals and to summarize “closed reasons.”
